RETURNS POLICY
1. 4 yoga sp. z o.o. honors returns within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.
2. In order to return a product one should fill in the contract waiver form (template below) and send it to our address in paper form (4 Yoga sp. z o.o. 02-672 Warsaw, 17/19 Domaniewska st. apartment 133) or to the following email address: kontakt@wall4yoga.com
3. Next, the product being returned should be sent to the following address: 4 yoga sp. z o.o. 02-672 Warsaw 17/19 Domaniewska st. apartment 133
4. Product returns are possible provided that the product shows no signs of use, is complete and in original packaging.
5. A condition for accepting a return is that an original proof of purchase i.e. VAT invoice be delivered by the Client.
6. Each return is considered individually by verifying products after receiving them. In case any of above terms are not satisfied, 4 Yoga Sp. z o.o. reserves the option to deny the return.
7. Charge is returned within 14 days of products returned being delivered in the same way in which the payment for products was made or in a different way chosen by the client.
