Straps with sewn extensions are designed so that, together with the stainless steel connectors, fit into our yoga wall. We can adjust the distance of the wooden handle from the wall in the range from 50 to even 240 cm. It also makes it possible to perform exercises far from the wall, but also to perform exercises with the legs pressed against the wall and the body suspended above the ground, when our body can be almost parallel to the floor. Such exercises are the so-called: TRX (exercises suspended on straps where the load is the weight of your own body)
