WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
4 yoga sp. z o.o. provides one year warranty on all our products.
We are obliged to deliver a product without any defects. We respect warranty claims if physical fault was found within a year from the purchase date.
You can make a warranty claim:
electronically by sending an email to: kontakt@wall4 yoga.com
in a paper form by sending it to our address: 4 Yoga sp. z o.o. 02-672 Warsaw, 17/19 Domaniewska st., apartment 133.
In the complaint description include:
1) information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the type of and the date when the fault occurred;
2) request specifying the way of making the product meet the standards of the sale agreement, declaration pertaining to price reduction or cancellation of sale agreement.
3) your contact information – it will accelerate the processing of your claim..
4) information about sale agreement (order number or invoice number)
